Ootd: On Wednesdays We Wear Black

Sara and I instinctively both wore black Wednesday so obviously we had to blog about it!

I am wearing a black sweater from Forever21, black jeggings from American Eagle aka the only place to get jeans that fit, and black combat boots from DSW.

Sara has on a black faux leather jacket from American Eagle, an Andrew Marc faux fur vest, a black shirt from Esprit, 7 for All Mankind jeans, and black flats by Kelly&Katie. She paired this outfit with a homemade key necklace and vintage rings.

Do as the New Yorkers do and add some black to your wardrobe. Also layer. Layer a lot. The wind in a city like this is insane and it also just looks really cute. Remember, on Wednesdays we wear black.
